Building Insulation, Building Insulation: Cellulose Loose-Fill and Spray-On

BioBased Foam Insulation is a soybean-oil-based, spray-in-place polyurethane foam that quickly expands to 100 times its original size. This expansion allows it to conform to any shape, filling the tiniest crevice. Creating a tight building envelope also helps eliminate moisture problems and prevents the growth of household mold and mildew. Added advantages include noise reduction, dust reduction, and protection from pests. Bio Based Foam Insulation has many ecological benefits as well. It reduces energy consumption by making homes and buildings energy efficient. It does not pollute with CFCs, HCFCs, VOCs or formaldehyde. Beyond these two earth-friendly benefits, there is an added reduction in our dependence on petroleum oils. Bio Based Systems Foam Insulation uses US-grown soybeans, an annually renewable resource.
